Terms and Conditions
Driver of cart must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Proof of the valid driver’s license must be presented to the rental company before the rental begins. Further, all rentals must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Renter shall provide and authorize a deposit for the rental cart in the form of an open voucher on a valid credit card for the price of the rental term and also gives Lizard Tours the authority to process the renter’s credit card for any access charges. The renter agrees to pay any amount owing for the cart rental immediately upon return of the cart. If the access charges are not paid or there is damage to the cart, the renter authorizes Lizard Tours to use the open Voucher to pay these charges or amounts for damage. If the rental cart if returned without damage and all fees are paid the voucher will not be utilized and will be destroyed. Gas is charged per usage measured by gas lines indicated on the gas tank.
